I have the ICREALTIME NVR. Called for an RMA, this NVR's front USB port stopped working. They at first said yes to sending me an RMA. Then refused and sent me back to Dennis Sage, company who sold and installed it. The problem is going back to DS, they want to charge $150 per hour just to deinstall and reinstall. And NO loaner. What's the point of a security system, if its down for an unspecified time? Ridiculous customer service posture from both companies. 🙄
