IC Realtime's training was awesome! extremely detailed and helpful! Jon was amazing! we feel lucky to have had him as our trainer. Went deep on training on the items we were really interested in. Jon was extremely accommodating. Highly recommended!
I have enjoyed the cameras but ever sense I moved to the new software there has been a lot of bugs. I feel that they shouldnt have released IC Now with all the issues. It works on my Desktop PC because I have a monitor it likes but when I travel with my laptop the app will not scale leaving me trying to drag it back and forth. And on both my desktop and laptop the preview tree images are all messed up some have the image others are just a black box and some have partial images with geenlins all through them.
