At private auto, they enrolled my brother without his permission and knowledge and continued to charged him. After talking with and filling up and mailing the cancellation form and they still charged him $150
Unauthorized transaction from the account
How is this company still in business? I cancelled my policy years ago and the charges keep showing up. They stop and reappear...and i'm very annoyed that I had to give them one star in order to make this post
They keep charing me $55.92 for an old car of mine I don't own anymore. I will be reporting them as I have called and cancelled that insurance.
