They keep charing me $55.92 for an old car of mine I don't own anymore. I will be reporting them as I have called and cancelled that insurance.
We moved to another province cancelled with ICBC in December and this company kept charging us until last week (may keep trying tbh). They never sent us the cancellation form until we had to get them on the phone to complain again and again, and even when I tried to block the auto payments from my banking account they got around it and still charged me. Report this business as unethical and predatory. I don’t know how this even got added to our insurance unknowingly at the car dealer (magnuson ford). Such a scam!!
I would like to cancel the charges that are being taken from my account for a service that was never clearly explained to us in the first place. Unfortunately, after making multiple attempts to contact the company, I have not been able to reach anyone for assistance. It is very frustrating to see charges on my account without proper explanation and with no way to easily resolve the issue. I hope someone from the company can reach out to help cancel this service and stop the charges.
WHAT A FREAKING SCAM COMPANY!!!!! They kept charging me $54 a month and dealing with them is hard! They don't respond to email, or they will respond and said they would send cancelation form but never do, and if they do, they will still keep charging you and ignore refund request! HATE THIS. Please report this company!
