Irfan and team are exceptional at what they do. I had purchased my property and the inspector found a damaged water main in the basement which needed to be replaced immediately. They came and explained what the issue was and promptly took care of it at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, my experience with this service felt like a rip-off. The technician misdiagnosed the issue -- even though the error code clearly pointed to a fan problem. They left to get a part that didn't resolve the issue, then called the manufacturer to identify the actual problem, brought back the wrong part, went back and finally returned with the correct one. I&C was fantastic. I had a gas leak coming from my stove and they were there the very same day that I called. They fixed the issue, cleaned up after themselves, were very kind, and triple checked everything they did. I was super grateful for their help. The price was slightly lower than I was expecting too - very good work. I will definitely be hiring them again!
If you take one thing from this review, let it be this: I&C Mechanical Inc. delivered two separate FIVE-STAR experiences for two different issues—a rare feat in the world of home repair and improvement contractors.
