Loved our countertops. Got a crack in them around year 5. Contacted to try to get someone out to fix. Could never get them to commit to a time to come out and fix.
IC Granite, Greenville NC installed a granite countertop for me and this is the finished work they left me with. They measured the counter too short leaving a ¼” gap between the wall and counter. They do not stand behind their work. My rating is actually a negative Zero. Yes, you paid someone to fix this issue after I retained a lawyer. And you still didn’t live up to the legal agreement. Well, it's been a year now and I still get angry when I see the terrible installation job these guys did. One side of my stove is flush, the other side has an eighth inch gap. Stone manufacturer came from Raleigh, looked at it and said the problem was the installation. IC came and looked at it and said the countertop was bent.
IC Granite, Greenville NC installed a granite counter top for me in April 2019. This is the finished work they left me with. They measured the counter too short leaving a ¼” gap between the wall and counter. Now I have to pay someone to tear out this portion of the wall to make it flush with the counter.
