**Final Update** The owner made this right last week. I would do business here again but only if item in stock. In August I posted a 5 star review for this company. HOWEVER - the flooring I ordered did not come in when expected or the following week which put me behind. I cancelled the order and was told a refund check was sent out the following day. Today, September 15th I have YET to get my refund of OVER $1500. I have wasted too much time on this issue at this point and cannot refer people to this company.
I found out Dave is a very busy man sometimes he's hard to get a hold of but he's a very good business man and honest.

Very good prices on construction materials. If Dave and his team has it, they have it cheaper.
