Best brow service ever! I beyond impressed every time that I leave!
Ilana is like a magician! I walk in with barely visible brows and leave with photo ready perfection every time. They always last me a few weeks, SO much better than trying to just dye my brows or try to do it myself at home. She excels at making me feel comfortable every appointment and her space is clean and relaxing. Highly recommend, worth every penny!
UPDATE: In response to the owner’s reply My concern was never just about longevity, but the overall experience. Prior email communication doesn’t replace explaining the process to a first-time client. Your exact words were, “If you don’t buy this gel, your eyebrows won’t last 8 weeks, probably 4.” You never mentioned that results vary, as you’re now stating publicly. I paid around $205 for a brow lamination ($160 for the service and $45 for a brow gel she strongly recommended). When I arrived, she didn’t introduce herself and simply told me to lie down. I told her this was my first brow lamination, but she did not explain the process and I had to repeatedly ask what she was doing.
