After many years, new owners. Items are locked up so is the entry door. I had to knock many times to be let in. was made to feel like a thief. Head employee stated people steal. She took the eyelashes I wanted and put them by the cashier. I felt very uncomfortable. I will not shop there anymore. Go to WOW Beauty. A bit more expensive but you are treated nicely. They also took away the 10% discount for regulR customers.

The chubby Hispanic lady and the little black girl that work there are extremely rude and disrespectful I will definitely post on all social media platforms to NOT SHOP AT IC BEAUTY they are always awkward unprofessional and gives the store a bad vibe I used to love to shop here but as long as they are there my peers and I will take our money to more friendly beauty supplies in the antelope valley

I never had issues with the staff, except the smaller black girl, she seems to always have an attitude, and tries to rush ppl or not be helpful at all. Sucks cause I like to support small business. They lost me going and buying.

Horrible customer service and workers always have an attitude. Always watching you like your going to steal. The black girl that just stands around is always looking at your every move and she got an attitude towards everyone that comes in the door. Doesn’t speak and not very helpful. Will not be returning to there. 0/10 definitely wouldn’t recommend going there. By far the worst beauty supply I have ever been to.
