I brought my vehicle to get diagnosed. The diagnoses was poorly and wrongly done. The work that they had done was done wrong and not installed the parts correctly. After not having trusted the diagnoses I had it towed to IB MOTORS shop that had it properly diagnosed in 1 hour. Ic auto tek also lost my wheel lock key and lug nut caps. The shop is not professional and I would avoid.
I had an electrical fault on my RAV4 that 4 other mechanics (including Toyota Dealership) could not diagnose. IC Auto Tek diagnosed, fixed it and guaranteed that the problem wouldn’t come back. If you’re having electrical trouble, go straight to these guys and save yourself a headache.
