Hiring Cesar was an absolute nightmare—our worst decision ever. He botched our foundation and framing work so badly that everything must now be completely demolished and redone! Despite completing less than 30% of the prepaid work, Cesar arrogantly refuses to refund anything. He constantly missed deadlines, secretly hired unqualified, unlicensed workers, and repeatedly failed inspections. Hiring Cesar for our home remodeling project was hands down the worst decision we ever made—an absolute nightmare of incompetence, deception, and financial disaster. We foolishly paid upfront (a massive mistake) and were forced to fire Cesar halfway through due to shocking incompetence. We worked with Cesar from ibuild construction for home remodel project. Overall, we were not happy with the experience. As busy technology professionals we were expecting a white glove service for the price of the remodel project which went into the high $xxxK. Quality of service was pretty low in terms of follow up on items repeated daily follow ups with delayed response rates, failure of project management coordination with my wife and our designer, final design details missing like cabinet installation, and layout issues ... read more
