If you value quality, time, and professionalism, avoid iBuild. This was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had with a contractor.
I paid for premium materials but later found out they cut corners and used cheaper substitutes. Totally dishonest.
They sold me on a beautiful vision, but the end result looked nothing like what they presented. Major disappointment.
Anytime I asked questions, I felt brushed off. Customer service was nonexistent, and I always had to chase them for updates.
