UPS delivered my package to this address, showing who received it...(It was a stuffed animal I bought for my daughter) When I tried contacting them, and even stopped by the store in person...I was met with hostility by an employee named "Jay" at the store. To make it more stressful on me, I was told the person who "signed and accepted" the package wasn't even present at the store today. On top of being told they did a "double check" and my package wasn't present.
the fellows in the Lawrence, Ks store are out standing. They know the bearing business and are old school style of helpful. Helped me with bearings for an old, old antique implement. Much appreciated.
