Omg how do people run a business with this attitude!!!! Super rude don’t go to this business
Horrible customer service & attitude. I went in to get my taxes done because I was delayed this year. I was fully aware that I was going to get penalized by the IRS but wanted to ask if I would continue to accrue fees until the IRS e-portal is open and I can file. The representative didn’t understand & said I will get penalized because I should’ve applied in October. No comprehension of my question and the attitude was horrible.
This is a great place to bring your taxes to. I have referred my daughter and sister in law as well. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
