EDIT: The manager who responded below appeared to be kind and offered a refund. This was satisfactory to me. He also asked if I was willing to remove the google review, which I also did not mind because the situation was resolved if I got my money back. Well, I still did not get the refund promised. It is clear to me now the only reason he offered the refund was to get this review removed. Got My Eyebrows Threaded And Tinted For My Very First Time. Saba At IBrows Studio Did An Amazing Job. She Was Very Professional and Polite. 10/10 Recommend. My Eyebrows Are Stunning!!!

I went here a couple of days ago to get my eyebrows dyed. I showed the lady a picture and clearly asked, “Can you dye my eyebrows this color?” She confidently said yes. I asked again, “This color?” and again, she confirmed. After she finished, I looked in the mirror, and my eyebrows were black. I told her, “This is just black, like my natural eyebrows.” She claimed she used medium brown. But this didn’t even look like dark brown. She insisted, “No, this is brown!"
