Awful, the owner rushed through my service and took my eyebrows that I worked so hard to grow/ even out and ruined them. Upon calling back the owner admitted to having a bad day and taking it out on me due to "her son being in hospital”. I am an aesthetician and would never take my frustration out on a client EVER. Missed a lot of hairs on eyebrows, did not let me see and give adjustments if needed, no care, and experience was extremely rushed and done unwell. Will not be coming back.
