I was referred by my primary doctor for a scope. Met with Dr Shamieh. He suggested another procedure as well as the scope. I declined the additional procedure. That’s when the Dr became irritated with me, threw his hands up and said go back to U of M then! I told him that was an excellent idea and that I will do just that. He was very rude and condescending after I wouldn’t allow another procedure to be pushed on me.
Great group of nurses and doctor Shanieh are top notch. Polite, informative, and caring. I just moved to the area and honesty I cannot say enough about them. Disagree with the bottom review because the long blond hair nurse was great. 5 stars or more if I could give them more.
I really didn't get the opportunity to visit with Dr S as as I was rudely spoken to by the bleach-blond long-haired nurse. Had an appt for 1:30pm. Two other clients who were waiting also had 1:30 Appts. One came in before me, one came in after me. A gentleman waiting since 1:0O confessed his appt was actually 2:40, but he had the time wrong. Very rude, doesn't listen and then says things and asks questions that prove he wasn't listening. Very interruptive, talked over top of what was being said to him the entire time. Very demeaning, blamed other doctors methods on us as if we should be directing the doctors on how to do their jobs. Also, very difficult to understand due to English being a second language. No solutions given to my daughters issue, overall a terrible experience. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone, for any reason.
