Stay away. Refused care after I called to come in. Staff never told me I needed I'd and insurance card. Established patient and still refused care. No patients were In lobby area ....told BS. Screwed up system Doctor is a beautiful person staff is horrible
It is a shame that such a good doctor has such terrible staff. To the gray haired lady at the front desk, you should not be working in an office as your behavior is awful. I was an established patient and I am now leaving the practice because YOU REFUSED medical care because I was not told to bring my health insurance card. Awful these days. Extremely rude awful staffs. Nurse practitioner Rachel has no idea what she's doing. However, Dr. Almeky is a good doctor and nice person. This place used to be better.
Tom is an amazing nurse practitioner and a great listener. He is very compassionate about his patients. The staff there are great as well. Very nice. Never have any issues when I call about anything.
