I've had many doctors in my life and almost all have been professional and very well appreciated. This is the worst office I have ever been associated with. Very long on excuses for not doing the simplest things like referrals, medicines, etc. Don't waste your time, run don't walk away. Sadly inept and unprofessional.
Dr Ibrahim is a gentle, caring, concerned physician. He is very knowledgeable on current meds, procedures etc. His staff is amazing also! UPDATE…Bummer-he no longer accepts UHC
If you have any major issues and need referrals to see other doctors I would find a new doctor. Their doctors are fantastic but the staff has alot to be desired they are completely clueless. Four times I had to call them the day before a procedure because they never sent the authorization....twice I had procedures cancled.....your health is not important to the staff which is very sad....I will no longer be seeing doctors..this is sad one star is one star too many...sickening seevice
Zero stars is my real review.......This doctor is not someone that I would send your elderly parents to for care. Office staff was horribly rude on all occasions that I spoke to them on behalf of my elderly parents as well.
Dr. Ibrahim actually cares about how you feel! Very genuine and wants you to feel better! Best doctor I have seen ever! He wants to get to the heart of what’s making you sick and get you well as soon as possible! And he is NOT a pill pusher! He explores all avenues with you!!
