Very knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions. Very prompt with following up.
Dr. Garcia was wonderful at the hospital. He explained how serious the condition was. He came in daily and made sure we knew what to do after release and when to come in for the appointment.
It is impossible to speak with this Doctor or his staff. My father has been discharged from Memorial Hermann for 2 weeks now and we still have not been able to reach anyone. My Father's home Healthcare nurse spoke with him 1 time and he instructed the nurse to pack the wound on his chest. The wound she is referring to is covered with 13 staples and no possible way to pack. Fast forward to now and nobody can get a hold of his office to write an order to remove his mid line.
