This company did a great job on my small shop. I talked to 4 companies and they were the only company that sent someone out to my house to give a real estimate. Hired on the spot and 2 days later the job was completed. I did open cell foam and so glad I chose foam. Highly recommend this company for all your insulation needs.
Run away from this company. Not one person is on the same page. They don't know what products they sell and either tell you what they think you want to hear or lie. I had shelves installed - no drop cloths, no clean up, shelves not level or same length or installed correctly. They didn't bring a vacuum to clean up or touch up putty or paint to fill or repair anything. And yes, I asked all these questions at least two times before I agreed to the project.
This company installed hurricane fabrics on my new build, they didn't fit. I asked them to come back out to make them fit, and they provided longer screws and sent pictures of the fabrics "fitting" with only the 4 corners being attached. It's hard to see, but I added photos that show 8 anchor points along the sides have nothing attached. They told me the hurricane fabrics were only to keep the water out and under eves, like a roof line, the hurricane fabrics don't need to be taught, "they are only used to keep water out". BLUF: Disappointing Experience with IBP Panhandle’s Customer Service My experience with IBP Panhandle has been frustrating and disappointing. In June, I initially contacted a representative, JB, to install hurricane fabric panels on my home, similar to the setup on newer homes in my subdivision (Adams Homes East Bay). I got JB’s contact info directly from the sales agent in my area, expecting reliable service. Since then, two hurricanes have passed, and despite multiple follow-ups, I still don’t have the panels. Whenever I r... read more
Stay far away from IBP and Flynn Builders. Neither will take responsibility for the storm panels that were missing or the wrong size for my new home. Took multiple calls to get the replacement panels. Then they are charging me full price $650.00 for two fabric panels. Took 2 months for them to arrive and both were the wrong size. Had to reorder! Save yourself the stress, call another company. IPB will not stand behind their products even if the panel is two feet too short.
IBP Panhandle has a 3.5 star rating with 22 reviews.
IBP Panhandle is open now. It will close at 5:00 p.m.
