I'm not impressed with their takeover of a company that dropped the ball on putting insulation in my attic when they said they did it. The guys that came out to install were nice but the regional and general managers should have made this transaction right by going above to make a customer happy as I've had to pay the extra on the electric bill overcharge from this mishap from Sept 23 - April 24. If this company says they put in insulation, you definitely need to have the work looked into as they are shady and lie about it b... read more
