Normally a travel agency is charging $ 20-25 for a flight ticket purchase. I was charged $ 180 for two tickets. I called to asked why I was charged so much then the travel agent ( owner) told me that wasn't her but the airline. A big lie as the charges on my card were made separately for the ticket and for agent fee.
