From the moment, last month, when I called IBJI, in great pain, until now, I have received nothing below gold standard treatment. I have now been treated at three of IBJI's locations (one for the doctor - Dr. Hayak - a great doctor; another for an MRI; and a third for physical therapy -shout out to Anila and Megan), and am almost overwhelmed by the seemlessly wonderful treatment of everyone at each facility. Right hip replacement surgery by IBJI is the worst medical experience I've ever had in my lifetime. I had to be hospitalized for a week due to continous internal bleeding. IBJI refused to do an ultrasound or any other test to determine cause or source of bleeding. Lutheran General Hospital saved my life. I can't comment on IBJI PT or OT because IBJI hasn't given me any yet. I just got home from the hospital. Advocate (NOT IBJI) is monitoring and testing to see if I need a THIRD blood tansfusion.
