The staff is very dedicated and make the experience easier
All doctors are incredibly caring and take time to listen to any and all concerns that one may have. Ive deal with a lot of issues with hEDS cause bone and tendon issues and not a single time have I felt dismissed as i have with many other doctors. I cant recommend or praise them enough.
I have been seeing the McHenry therapy office for a year now, for three separate programs. Front desk is very professional great at keeping the schedule on schedule notifying you of any changes and being very friendly so that you feel welcome when you come in the door. Everyone explained things well to keep me on track they gave me printed instructions to take home to continue my therapy. Everyone has always been very friendly and good at encouraging you.
