Went for bilateral knee rehab. The staff were wonderful. They care and truly work with you to get better. They are caring and professional. They greet you by name. Personal touch very important these days. Highly recommend

IBJI is top notch. Though you absolutely must put in the effort, and they encourage you to do so every step of the way. Advocate Home Health Care was an absolute disaster as they were no call and no show right after my knee replacement surgery. When I contacted Advocate about their no show/no call they couldn't care less, and they even had the gall to say "well, it was raining this morning". IBJI immediately scheduled me for additional outpatient PT sessions to help get my recovery back on track. I probably fell behind in re... read more
