My therapist (Stephanie) was very thorough and used an extensive amount of exercises. She was very aware of my concerns and careful not to cause me additional pain.
I would say they were friendly...but they make you feel more like family!
I am making progress in reducing the pain that I am having. The people that I am working with listen carefully and treat me with respect.
