Very pleased with front office staff, med techs and mostly the sound, caring manor I received from Dr Waxman. I am positive about the quality of care I am/will receive from IBJI!

I’ve been going to IBJI for many, many years. Dr. Waxman is my doctor. He is an EXCELLENT doctor, with a sweet, positive personality-always with a smile on his face. I’ve had surgeries, had casts-you name it and have always had excellent recoveries. He is very flexible in coming in to see him - which is greatly appreciated, as nowadays, it’s not very easy to find doctors who will do this. This was my first experience at IBJI. Considering that I came in as a walk-in, I was pleased with the care that I received. I was a bit surprised that the attending doctor, Dr. Waxman, did not introduce himself upon entering the exam room, but he was otherwise friendly, assessed the problem quickly and recommended treatment. I would recommend Dr. Waxman and IBJI.

Called for a Walk in and a was taken care of quickly. They had an opening for me so I zipped right over . Doc saw me and prescribed meds for pinched nerve. Still hurts so will do follow up. Easy in and out.
