IBJI MRI was a very good experience. Front desk personnel were welcoming and helpful. The technician was just great ~ explained everything, and was really patient and helpful. The equipment and facility were top notch. Really good experience in a painful situation.

The whole process from start to finish was awful and disorganized. They didn’t do half the things they said they would do like call me to schedule or call me to confirm my appointment. I had to follow up on all of these things and was met with attitude every time. The real frustration was I called the day before my appt to confirm time and ask for any instructions.
