Scheduled an MRI for my teenage daughter, who was very nervous walking in. The staff was incredible—kind, caring, and patient throughout the entire visit. Joanna was especially wonderful during the check‑in process, clearly explaining what to expect and helping us feel prepared. Her kindness made a huge difference and greatly eased my daughter’s worries.
One of the best MRIs I have ever had. The tech was very attentive, fast, and constantly asked me if I was doing OK. He was exceptional.
