I saw their ad on Facebook and thought I would give it a try. I went in and met with AJ. There was no obligation to be assessed. I saw the gym and thought it would be something I could do. After going to my first session, I was hooked. I felt so good about myself, and I started feeling stronger physically. I never thought I could lift weights or do squats!
