This location has Physical therapy and HPI adult fitness classes and youth training for various sports. I attended here for PT then started the adult fitness classes. Everyone is nice, the space is clean, it's well organized. It has been a game changer for me!!! Highly recommend

I saw their ad on Facebook and thought I would give it a try. I went in and met with AJ. There was no obligation to be assessed. I saw the gym and thought it would be something I could do. After going to my first session, I was hooked. I felt so good about myself, and I started feeling stronger physically. I never thought I could lift weights or do squats! The coaches are all so nice, they put me at ease, no judging. I love them all; Ed, John, David are all great at what they do and they understand how the human body works. ... read more
