I just finished my “Better You In 22”, 21 Day Challenge and feel great! It was one of the best decisions I’ve made to devote myself to feeling better physically and mentally. I’m appreciative of the trainers, Lauren and Brian, for pushing me to do what I thought I couldn’t. I highly recommend joining a class or two!

I have just completed the six week challenge at IBJI Health Performance Institute in Morton Grove, and I can't recommend it enough. Thanks to the dedicated and extremely friendly and caring trainers I was able to lose 5.3% of my body fat and 15 lbs in six weeks!
