I recently needed to access the urgent care because of intense pain in my shoulder. I was easily able to log in online and make an appointment. When I got there I was able to get an Xray and see Dr. David Hamming. I am so thankful that I got the help I needed for a way to treat this problem and also got the help I needed to bring the pain level down. I would highly recommend going to OrthoAccess Immediate care in Gurnee, IL.
The receptionist answering the phone is rude answering my questions as if I'm bothering her for an appt! Well that's why I was calling to see if I was going to the right place for treatment. Also if people are calling you, know that they are already in pain seeking help and your attitude on top of that really sucks! Going to another location because who wants to deal with that!

I was in a lot of pain and IBJI got me an appointment that afternoon. Everyone was so nice to me and helped me. Dr Parikh listened to me, looked at me when he was talking to me (which can be rare for a Dr), explained things to me and I feel so much better today! I can’t thank them enough.
