Dr Chiu was fantastic. After I tore my bicep off the bone he explained what happened and the steps we could take for repair and recovery. Each follow up visit he let me know what to expect and how things were progressing. But the true strength is in the organization that Dr. Chiu and Illinois Bone and Joint team provides. Great physicians and organization.
Knees are in pain. 1st time to see Dr Ludkowski. I had an early appointment so wait wasn’t long. His team was very customer service oriented. Dr Ludkowski explained my situation thoroughly and even added a little humor, which I appreciated since I was somewhat overwhelmed and disappointed in my prognosis. Told me double knee partial/full replacement was in my future. Having gel shots done in a few weeks to buy me some time as I’m 57.

Our experience with Dr. Chiu was exceptional. When our son (junior in HS, football player) broke his collarbone during a summer practice we were devastated and unsure what it meant for his season. Dr. Chiu saw us immediately and guided us through a plan. He was honest and upfront and actually recommended not doing surgery.
