Staff is friendly, extremely helpful & professional! My questions & concerns were all answered in a timely manner. Truly appreciate the work that they do!
They were very caring and listening very well to the issues I had with pain management ! To bad Grayslake location doesn't try and do better ! I had my right knee total replacement 5 years ago and it was a total trip from Hell ! Even Lake Forest Hospital was horrible !!! I had left knee done with minamly invasive robotic surgery in Huntly Northwestern hospital with Dr Flanagin team and what a night to day difference with recovery and Hospital care etc !
I can walk again without falling down. Great job. Thank you.
