First time for Tappas was at Ibiza and they delivered a very unique experience. A friend and I ordered a bunch of Tappas and they came out one-by-one so we could chat, enjoy the yummy bites and sip our wine. Such a relaxing and deliscious dining experience. I am hooked... We drank a bottle of wine and wanted just a glass more. They grasciously opened a new bottle and gave us each just a glass. Very accomodating. I have been to Ibiza Tapas twice now and I am totally in love with it! My husband is Spanish so we are tough judges on Spanish restaurants. By far this is his favorite tapas restaurant he has tried since moving to the US. The croquettes are amazing as well as the pork loin. soooo tasty!
