My mother in law went to this salon a few days ago and had a horrific experience. The hairstylist she was scheduled with did not arrive on time for her appointment. The hairstylist had ANOTHER employee begin the bleaching process and claimed that he was just as skilled as her. He was not. The reason that the original hairstylist was not on time was because she was GETTING MARRIED without warning. The bleach was left on WAY too long.
