Travelling for work and this place was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during my rural QLD travels. House keeping did a deep clean of my room, all the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the pool area was fantastic on the hot days, and it’s centrally located for easy access. The in-house breakfast was perfect as it was continental with a variety of cereals, fruit, nuts, pastries, breads, yoghurts, and milks. My partner actually works for Accor so most of my membership points go to her account so I just had a basic room which unfortunately had an issue with the tv. The staff were extremely helpful in trying top resolve it and ultimately upgrading the room. But the score isnt about the upgrade, it was about the attitude and helpfulness of the staff and the personable approach. This didn't only extend to reception but the staff in general in restaurant and bar
