I absolutely love living here! The office staff is amazing and so kind. They really go above and beyond by hosting fun community events like a Halloween pet costume contest with food for guests and prizes for the pets, and a Christmas door decorating contest. They truly try to bring the community together, and I love that. The homes are beautifully made, very spacious, and the neighborhood is quiet and pet-friendly. Security still harassing people in the gym… This big room and any time any one is using it they come in bothering them. Can’t have shoes off in a room made for yoga and stretching? Can’t have medicine balls..can’t do this can’t do that..feel like a kid in elementary school. All kind of bogus rules. Power tripping security. Literally moving out because I can’t enjoy the amenities and I’m paying 3000 a month in rent…diabolical
Mean security team. Will not renew because of them. They treat my kids like criminals
Can’t have snacks at the pool for my kids?????? Getting yelled at and disrespectful over snacks? Security is a joke. Also filing complaint with Apex Security
