This is a very poorly run nail salon. The employees are very unpleasant and have no attention to detail. They over-book. A scheduled appointment is meaningless. They will take whoever walks in at any time. I have even heard one of the employees referring to the majority of their customers as Ibitches. Not very gracious or welcoming given the name of the nail salon. I would not recommend this salon even if you are desperate.

This place is way to expensive!! It cost me $65 for a mani and pedi!! If I wanted to pay that much $$ I would have gone to a more upscale salon! They sit around and talk their Vietnamese language and snicker about us Americans and giggle, probably making fun of us that they are ripping us off!! The girl, "Lee" that did my nails did not understand a bit of English and cut my nails way too short than what I asked her. I will never ever go back!!

BLATANT RACISM*** Today was the first day rasicm has been personally directed towards me here at Ibis nails. I had a 5:30 appointment for a full set and I was told to wait. A caucasian girl walked in a 6:10 and requested a full set they told her to choose a color and began servicing her. When I questioned the nail technician and manager I was told the techniqican did not do full sets. The sad thing is that I sat there and watched her do a full set on the same caucasian girl. they have the very best herbal pedicure that I ever had, the price is cheaper than any nail spa i have gone to and the foot and leg massage are a little bit of heaven. Next time I am going to add $5 and get the hot stones.
