Have had nothing but the worst experience. Would never recommend anyone to ibis. Wasn’t a pleasant experience before Covid but since Covid things became much worse. Extremely expensive. Think they charge more because location. Every time I would bring every test would always be inconclusive & require more money & more tests. Would have appointment & dog would sit there 8 hours with no need for urgency. An appointment shouldn’t be more than an hour if that. Never good at returning phone calls. Worst animal hospital around. They were once very good until they changed staff and hired Jeff. Check out the BBB and google on how many complaints they have. More specifically with regards to Jeff alone. So sad, because of him we now are changing vets. Can’t trust someone like Jeff to care for our pets.

I have a 3 year old rescue pup with major separation anxiety. She is an escape artist that can get out of every leash and collar except for the harness that she is comfortable with. Every time we have brought our dog to the Ibis Animal Hospital it has not been an issue for us to walk her up to the door for our peace of mind that she will not get out and for the safety of our puppy. I highly recommend my veterinarian Dr Feltz of Ibis Animal Hospital. Her clinic is located in the Ibis Shopping Center where Publix is located. Dr Feltz is a very compassionated and skilled doctor. She had taking care of our 8 dogs since she started her clinic. Her staff are caring and very friendly . Dr Feltz recently did a house call which was so helpful to us during this crisis. I love the entire staff. they truly care about my dog and are so good with him that he doesnt even mind going. Doctor Felz is wonderful. The staff is wonderful. Jeff the manager is HORRIBLE. We have been customers for 7 years but Jeff has driven our business elsewhere. We went to another vet today and they called Jeff to get our dog's history. Jeff said it would be 14 days before they receive them. Our dog was in pain and we needed the history. The office manager called Jeff and he hung up on her. We hear the same thing from all of our neighbors who also used to go the Ibis Animal Hospital. The whole staff is so welcoming, friendly and professional all while handling your pets with the best care and love!
