I have tried contacting them by phone and email for 2 weeks to list a used machine. I have yet to be contacted back. They did however email me about machines that just got listed on their website, but those don't have any use to me. I don't know how you can do business when don't return phone calls or emails. The machine that I want list is the same as one they have on their website that says it is sold and out of stock.
I bought a saw through Ibid Machinery, they went the second mile by taking care of the crating cost, arranging the shipping etc. Good people to deal with.

I am trying to buy a machine they have listed, that's still available. They still haven't given me a freight quote or sent me an invoice so I can even purchase the machine. I'm very frustrated as the machine that I'm trying to purchase is to replace an existing machine that is beyond repair and I need a replacement ASAP. Very disappointed in the service, I can't help but believe they're not interested in doing business unless it's convenient.
This is a late review due to building and setup getting the machine wired and tested. It works great. Aaron did a great job on helping us find a CNC last year. He coordinated the delivery and unloading, and was very pleasant to work with. We will be checking back in when we ae ready to buy more equipment.
