Ibi has been keeping my hair looking great for years.
Hair salon managers/hair stylists should be honest about their talent/experience. It would help to create an environment that would ensure consumer expectations are reasonable. Managers/hair stylists at salons should be reasonable when pricing their haircuts. $60 - $65 for a mediocre haircut billed as a "master cut" leaves the consumer feeling cheated.
