Do not hire! He is incompetent. He was hired to finish our unfinished basement in 45 days. He spent six months dragging it out. He installed an egress window which he did incorrectly and too low creating a drainage issue, upon closer inspection he never sealed the frame of the window. Just installed boards and the window on concrete and covered it in drywall. Almost all of the soffit he did and framing is shotty and or crooked. Our experience with Faryal Umar, the contractor for IBI Remodeling LLC has been one of the most NEGATIVE experiences ever. We hired him for a complete basement remodel. Our contract was signed in October 2024. It is stated a Time is of the Essence Clause for December 31st 2024, for the remodeling job to be complete. A 45 day project turned into a 6 month project that was not even close to completion. I used IBI remodeling to finish my basement. My basement had concrete walls and floor so they install everything from ground zero. I love how professional this company is. They finished work in timely manner and designed custom bar, TV wall way beyond my expectations. Overall I would hughly recommend this company for your remodeling needs
