I waited until my year warranty was over before I felt comfortable enough to write a review. I strongly recommend talking to multiple contractors before choosing these guys. Don't let their "expertise" fool you. They are gaslighters, misogynistic, never willing to admit to their mistakes, never offering to meet halfway with the cost to fix their mistakes, always blaming us/the customer (& even the city inspectors), never questioning our choices from a professional's view (that is part of their job as a contractor!), not tran... read more
IBI Construction did a super job of replacing our rear patio door with an Andersen 400 Series Frenchwood Gliding Patio Door. (IBI is a certified Andersen installer.). From contracting to job oversight to installation, all went superbly. Crew led by Martin was on time and performed installation smoothly, listening to customer feedback as they went along.
