maybe it’s just me, but i feel like a therapist shouldn’t interrupt their patient when they are trying to talk. it’s really discouraging and makes it hard for someone to want to get help when you seem like a inconvenience.

I wanted to expand upon my review as the experience is still something that is a trauma for me and it is something that makes trusting new healthcare providers very difficult. I had told my dr, Dr. Liu, that I had almost taken my life recently but I had a change of heart. After that, things went downhill. She told me I had one of two options. I love coming to IBH. The staff is friendly and professional. I've never had any issues at this clinic. I am blessed with both the Psychologist & Therapist that I am assigned to here. They are great at helping me to heal from my traumas and giving my ways to deal with my symptoms.

I can see why this place has a low rating. If it wasn’t for the fact that I have a great doctor, I wouldn’t come here. Whoever’s at registration, they don’t like answering phones because I’ve called at least 5 times to pay a bill and make an appointment
