Communication was atrocious. My retired parents went to them to help plan their big “we are finally retired” trip to Asia. The flight there was full of 10 and 18 hour layovers, then when heath issues arose and I tried to contact them to help move the dates of their return I couldn’t get them to call or email me back. Wow I ordered chiles rellenos and never would have thought they would just beat up plain eggs and wrapped around the chiles.. not sucg a good idea. I understand you might be busy. But not acceptable. Noy sure if I go back.
