Today was my second experience with Ibex Transportation. It was a second great experience. Even with terrible weather they were there early with a big, clean SUV. Our driver was friendly, helpful and resourceful. I highly recommend them.
Mety met me at baggage claim (I didn’t have to look for him) carried my luggage to the car, and, as we were headed to my home I told him I needed to clear my snow covered driveway. We saw a few kids in my neighborhood who were home from school so we stopped and asked if they could do the work, I called their mom, and the kids showed up and cleared my drive. Yahoo! Even doing their busy season, Mety was extremely responsive. He took excellent care of my mother. I received text when he was on his way, at pickup and at drop off. Thanks so much for everything!
They were on time professional from beginning to end I requested Gospel music and they made that happen the driver was courteous and attentive and vehicle was immaculate I highly recommend.
This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an individual and picking us up from the airport and private transportation. I am so grateful for all the help and support that they did with my elderly parents who are hard of walking and have not traveled on an airplane in several years. This puts such a weight off my shoulders to be able to get them to the airport safely and to pick us up safely once we return.
