Had such a great experience with Ibex! We were traveling with a child and our chauffeur was incredibly attentive the whole time. He arrived right on time (at our house and airport), met us at baggage claim, and made everything feel super easy and stress-free. He even kept our car seat for our return trip, which was honestly such a huge help. Really personable guy and made us feel very taken care of. The car was super clean and comfortable too. Mety met me at baggage claim (I didn’t have to look for him) carried my luggage to the car, and, as we were headed to my home I told him I needed to clear my snow covered driveway. We saw a few kids in my neighborhood who were home from school so we stopped and asked if they could do the work, I called their mom, and the kids showed up and cleared my drive. Yahoo! Good man, safe trip home, good experience! Thanks Mety!

Fantastic experience for round trip airport transfer! We booked it last minute and even changed our return flight the day of, but Ibex was punctual (always early, actually), responsive, and professional! We will use Ibex again and highly recommend their services!

I had such a wonderful experience with this black car service. The driver arrived on time, was so professional yet friendly, and instantly made me feel comfortable. The car itself was spotless, quiet, and incredibly smooth to ride in — it really felt like a treat. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, which made the whole trip so relaxing.
