Had such a great experience with Ibex! We were traveling with a child and our chauffeur was incredibly attentive the whole time. He arrived right on time (at our house and airport), met us at baggage claim, and made everything feel super easy and stress-free. Fantastic experience for round trip airport transfer! We booked it last minute and even changed our return flight the day of, but Ibex was punctual (always early, actually), responsive, and professional! We will use Ibex again and highly recommend their services!

5 stars for service and 5 stars for communication. Ibex provided black-car service for my 88-year-old mother to CMH—including escorting her to the ticket counter. Everything happened as we agreed and the communication was crisp. Kudos!!!
