I used Ibex Supreme Luxury Transport for an airport transfer and could not be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, their meet and greet service was flawless. My chauffeur was easy to spot, formally dressed, and very courteous. The black executive SUV was immaculate, and the ride was smooth and comfortable, offering a true sense of luxury. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The entire process, from booking to drop-off, was professional and seamless. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an individual and picking us up from the airport and private transportation. I am so grateful for all the help and support that they did with my elderly parents who are hard of walking and have not traveled on an airplane in several years. This puts such a weight off my shoulders to be able to get them to the airport safely and to pick us up safely once we return. Today was my second experience with Ibex Transportation. It was a second great experience. Even with terrible weather they were there early with a big, clean SUV. Our driver was friendly, helpful and resourceful. I highly recommend them.

Mety met me at baggage claim (I didn’t have to look for him) carried my luggage to the car, and, as we were headed to my home I told him I needed to clear my snow covered driveway. We saw a few kids in my neighborhood who were home from school so we stopped and asked if they could do the work, I called their mom, and the kids showed up and cleared my drive. Yahoo! Good man, safe trip home, good experience! Thanks Mety!
