I have spoke to two different people here that were the absolute nicest. “Customer is always right” vibes (you don’t see that anywhere anymore ) When CubeSmart took over Ibex I was a little annoyed at some changes that were made to my bill. I called to take some frustration out and Rob answered, Well it was over after that I told him I was mad he was so freaking nice because I couldn’t be mean/mad 🤣🤣 He was the sweetest.
