Recently, I received an unsolicited call from Ibex Roof, asking if I had any issues with the roof and gutters they had installed last August.. The call was a routine check. I reassured them, that we had no major problems, but there was a minor problem of an overflowing gutter in the back of our house. Within minutes, a service call was scheduled. I had the pleasure to meet Jeff today from IBX Roof. It was a pleasant surprise to have such great customer service. He was able to call out a crew and they were here to complete the job today. With a 20 year warranty I have no more gutter concerns. Thank you IBX Roof and a big shout out to Jeff!
