Doug was excellent at communicating and had my suspension done and shipping back to me very quickly. He upgraded and re-valved my suspension giving excellent advice on what needed to be done to get it "right". Suspension came back and performs exactly as he said it would. Best suspension I have ever ridden for the tight single track trails we typically hit. Took my 2023 KTM 250 xcw from the worst to best best suspension I have ridden. Couldn't be happier with my decision to use IPS!
I’m beyond impressed with the level of workmanship and professionalism from Doug. Took my Beta X trainer in to get lowered and dialed in for my weight. The bike fits me perfectly and I was blown away with how knowledgeable he was. The husband is taking his bike in next week and we will never go anywhere else for our suspension needs. Professional, detail oriented, meticulous, friendly, etc. I could keep going. And lastly, the cleanest shop and workspace I’ve ever seen. Thank you!
