I had a really poor experience here unfortunately. I understand delays happen, especially with MT weather, however scheduling changes were never proactively communicated and I had to reach out for clarification multiple times. When I eventually decided not to move forward with the project, I was met with very unprofessional communication about how I was being done a favor by being “squeezed in,” that I’d find the same issues with any landscapers in town, and that I shouldn’t leave poor reviews for local businesses.
