I had a really poor experience here unfortunately. I understand delays happen, especially with MT weather, however scheduling changes were never proactively communicated and I had to reach out for clarification multiple times. When I eventually decided not to move forward with the project, I was met with very unprofessional communication about how I was being done a favor by being “squeezed in,” that I’d find the same issues with any landscapers in town, and that I shouldn’t leave poor reviews for local businesses. It is hard to find a trustworthy landscape service company. You get that and MORE when hiring IBEX. Customer service is top of the line, and they provide nice quality work. Highly recommended

Tremendous Thanks to Ibex Landscapes for creating a beautiful retreat for us in our new home! Graham and the team were a pleasure to work with. We met a few times before installation to share our vision and have been thrilled with the results. The natural stone retaining wall with steps to the open space creates a most pleasing visual effect. Our trees and shrubs are well established and have the added benefit of providing new habitat for area birds. It's amazing what Ibex Landscapes has created for us in a very small space!
