They have always been there for me. Close to home and work. Now since they are shutting this bank down, I have to go to Bentonville location 😒

If you are looking for a convenient place to bank look elsewhere. There are no NWA locations with lobbies open on Saturday. They recently changed their website which caused my login to stop working. I called customer support and was told I had to go in to a branch to fix the issue. Problem is they have no branch with a lobby open in Saturday. I guess they expect me to take a sick day to do my banking. Ugh. If I didn't have all my auto drafts through this account I would have already left. I do not recommend them.
