Apparently these people don't know how to count. But know how to slander a guy for a mistake made at their bank by their own teller. Read the police report made by them. Bet they won't fire her but they will keep blaming the customers. I will never use this bank again.

Great customer service enjoy the staff and friendly service, if you have any questions on any accounts they are very patient in assisting you and they offer complementary drinks n popcorn
Worst customer service, surprisingly I had a much better experience with Wells Fargo handling my mortgage. Don't recommend unless you want them to not answer the phone or endlessly transfer you until you hang up and no one has an answer to your questions!
I absolutely love the 28th Street Rogers Staff (all of them). They are the friendliest people and always happy. You're the best!!
